For our business unit in Lausanne , we are looking for a: Field Force Administrator Principal Responsibilities: Business ? Support the Regional Business Unit Managers (RBUMs) in d elivering all daily business tasks acting as main contact for key internal stakeholders. ? Support the RBUM's with sound performance analyses (based on internal reporting tools) consolidating strong market understanding and insights to build recommendations on consumer and retailer relevant activities. ? Monitor and evaluate regional and territory performance on a monthly base to ensure the full achievement of objectives ? Act as owner of the Field Force regional monthly meeting for French team - being part of wh ole preparation, defining agenda with respective RBUM and engaging with all relevant stakeholders so that all items are delivered OTIF (presentations, lists, materials); responsible for continuous improvement of monthly meeting ? Come up with new activities for point of sales (selling mechanisms, touchpoints etc.) with the objective of driving corporate share at national level ? Act as central hub of information exchange between Trade Marketing Representatives and Business Development team to continuously impro ve platform delivering relevant content driving BAT volume and share ? The holder will be responsible for a territory of 20% of his worktime; all accountabilities of the TMR role profile are to be fulfilled People ? Support the RBUM's and Development team on implementing global coaching and development programs. ? Accompany Swiss French Trade Marketing Representatives and Vending Sales Representatives on Field Visits, and provide coaching to team members on business objectives implementation to successfully implement and achieve operational plans. ? Will act as key co ntact for all TMRs regarding challenges in daily business and administrative issues ? Can replace a Swiss French Trade Marketing Representative or Vending Sales Representative in case of sickness or unforeseen absences, as well in times of high workload Your Profile ? Minimum 3 years of experience in trade or sales departments, preferably in a FMCG environment ? Fluency in French and English, additional German language s kills considered as a plus ? Effective communication, negotiation and presentation skills ? Able to set clear priorities and to work independently ? Good Team player and well - organized, systematic and resilient ? Highly developed analytical skills ? Fully Computer literate (with strong Excel knowledge, good Word & PowerPoint) ? Strong ability to innovate ?
