Quotient is recruiting for a Scientific Communications Manager to join the Corporate Communications team based in Eysins. The Scientific Communications Manager will assist the VP Corporate Communications in the development and execution of the global scientific communications strategy and publications plan for MosaiQ . She/he will participate to the development of white papers, scientific publications and material for conferences and congresses.

This position reports to the VP Corporate Communications and will interact with internal department and the commercial team.


  • Support the Vice President, Corporate Communications in the development of a comprehensive strategic publication plan and ensure implementation
  • Serve as lead reviewer and ensure scientific accuracy and data consistency of all externally published content
  • Develop scientific content toolkit of verified scientific content for Corporate Communications
  • Conduct literature searches and interpret scientific literature for internal stakeholders
  • Ensure that corporate branding guidelines are used consistently at all sites and in all mediums
  • Support the development of assigned communications collateral material (e.g. brochures, mailshots, whitepapers, case studies, stock imagery and presentations) in response to marketing briefs
  • Support the development and execution of the medical communications strategy and media plan
  • Manage the promotional practices approval process for new creative materials
  • Support market analysis studies of the competitive landscape
  • Lead creation and distribution of internal brand newsletter
  • Track performance of marketing activities by data analysis, create presentations and make recommendations for future activities


- BA degree in PR, communications or journalism and at least 5 years' experience in Corporate Communications including contact with Senior Business leaders

  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English; French is an asset
  • Proven experience in creating, implementing and measuring communications plans
  • Strong customer focus, urgency- and budgets wise, details focus and proactive
  • Independent, hands-on and autonomous; team spirited and positive
  • Ability to travel
