CORE MISSION:

Implement the Learning strategy of L’OCCITANE Group - to allow worldwide employees to benefit from an innovative offer that fits their need for development - by:

  • Coordinating stakeholders (experts, project managers, local L&D staff, providers, etc.) for design and roll out of training programs;
  • Monitoring the efficiency and impact of trainings (adjusting the offer, following KPIs, etc.);
  • Managing & implementing the roll out of our Learning Management System & technological innovations.

 MAIN ACTIVITIES:

  • Ensure the design or evolution of the learning programs, in line with the vision & priorities of the group. Steer the delivery of the programs within quality and budget responsibility.
  • Act as project manager in collaboration with functional experts to design & develop pedagogical scenarios & tools. Engage and coordinate efforts of internal/external experts for design.
  • Coordinate International Learning Programs by validating processes of development and quality of deliverables.
  • Ensure in particular the development & availability of fundamentals, in relation with the L&D teams in each region & key geographies: Liaise with regions to ensure proper handover of Group programs, identify solutions designed locally that could be "stamped" for global use.
  • Implement a sustainable governance for L&D. Guardian of group learning processes across the Group during project execution mode.
  • Monitor Performance, ensure communication & measure learning effectiveness of the Learning programs.

 HOW YOU CAN FIT:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience in HR and/or L&D;
  • Hands-on experience with designing (in cases without an external agency) learning modules or programs;
  • Knowledge in all activities in the training cycle: Design, Delivery, Evaluation;
  • Ability to network and federate project members through motivation and enthusiasm (leading by influence, not by hierarchy);
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
  • High level of autonomy and initiative;
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent time management;
  • Fluent in English. French a plus.

 

STARTING DATE: 1st March 2020

FIXED-TERM CONTRACT: 6 months
