The Global Social Media Manager is responsible to increase and defend Nespresso brand Awareness and to drive growth Nespresso's global B2C & OOH digital social media channel. You will mainly support the markets in defining their key Social Media tactics and contribute to the global Performance Marketing Strategy to manage operational and strategic Social Media projects from a global perspective.
A day in a life of a Global Social Media Manager:
Drive markets to identify short-term/mid-term key success factors to translate the Performance Marketing strategy and business challenges into operational priorities
Build a social media presence for our brand across markets: create and manage a social media community and being recognized as the HQ Social Media Performance SPOC
Contribute to the definition of global campaigns and support markets with local campaigns to increase qualified visits in Nespresso channels (eBoutiques, eRetail and Boutiques) and new Club member acquisition & total sales
Help to identify improvements in operational efficiency and implement best practices in Digital Marketing operations
Support and Coach markets running their social media advertising campaigns and drive engagement by creating high-quality social media performance tactics and coordinated with the production of original content
Provide through analysis and reporting, measurement of effectiveness and ROI
Provide guidance to markets in reaching their quantitative (visits, orders, sales, conversion) and qualitative (audience) targets
What will make you successful
University Degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital Media and Audience Management
An experience in CRM and campaign management would be a plus
Previous exposure to Social Media (Pinterest, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin)
Previous experience in working for a Media agency would be a plus
Excellent presentation skills to C-level position and large audiences
Fluent in English
