Position Summary
As an Actuarial Services Manager, you will have the responsibility for the actuarial services of the Fonds
de Pensions Nestlé (thereafter "the Fund" ) which encompasses approximatively 8'800 active members
employed by a Nestlé in Switzerland affiliated company as well as 5'900 pension beneficiaries for Chf
8.1bn of assets under management.
A day in the life of an Actuarial Services Manager
· Responsibility of the Fund design, including the strategic development of the plan
· Responsibility of the annual closing (ensuring reconciliation, calculation of pension obligation under
RPC 26, etc"¦), of the regulatory monitoring of the Fund and of the establishment of the tariffs
used by the Pension administration (including the costs calculations)
· Provide support to the Pension administration, participating in decisions and performing controls
related to administrative cases
· Board of Trustees support (preparation of the Board meetings, implementation of decisions of the
Board, strategic development of the plan, communication with the "Autorité de surveillance" , etc"¦)
· Computation of pension obligations in accordance with IAS 19
· Support the Nestlé Group in the Merger & acquisition scope as well as for partial liquidations
(Analysis, calculation of provisions, communication with stakeholders)
What will make you successful
· Master of Science in Actuarial Sciences or equivalent
· Swiss Accredited Pension Actuary (expert LPP) a plus (or willingness to engage in such a
certification)
· Min. of 5 years of experience in a similar organization bringing strategic vision and new ways of
working
· In-depth professional knowledge of Swiss pension legislation and/or Swiss social insurance
systems and rules
· Deep understanding and knowledge of the IAS 19
· Strong ability to analyze needs and good networking skills
· High quality service orientation, strong written and verbal capabilities, proactive cooperation and
innovation will be key deciding factors
· Fluency in English. Confirmed knowledge in German (B2 minimum). Any other language is an asset
