• Take ownership of the overall performance of real estate products, portfolios, and investment strategies

• Oversee the full investment cycle - from sourcing and underwriting to execution, monitoring, and exit - with a focus on driving superior returns
• Lead the conception and launch of new investment vehicles, mandates, and product enhancements
• Set rigorous performance standards and ensure robust portfolio governance, risk oversight, and reporting quality
• Collaborate closely with senior specialists across fund management, asset management, finance, and operations to optimize results
• Engage with investors, partners, regulators, and market stakeholders to communicate product vision, performance outlook, and strategic priorities
• Expand the organization's network of investment partners, service providers, and market intelligence sources
• Leverage market insights, regulatory developments, and emerging trends to identify new product opportunities and strengthen competitive positioning

Your Background

• At least 10 years of executive-level and investment experience in real estate asset & fund management
• Extensive experience and a strong record of success in direct real estate investments, including sourcing, structuring, and executing high-value transactions
• Deep familiarity with the market dynamics and regulatory environment in Suisse Romandie
• Proven ability to lead high-stakes negotiations and develop strategic partnerships
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional financial and investment acumen
• Influential leadership style that builds trust, motivates teams, and drives performance
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus
• Advanced academic credentials in Real Estate, Finance, Business; CFA/ MRICS highly regarded
