Project Management Specialist (PMO)

We are looking for a skilled PMO Specialist to enable cross-functional initiatives by providing strong PMO expertise, stabilizing critical initiatives, and driving consistent project management standards.

Key Tasks:

• Support projects lead in setting up, structuring, and executing projects
• Review project charters, project plans, and risk profiles
• Monitor progress and ensure stakeholder alignment
• Step in temporarily to stabilize or steer critical projects
• Facilitate risk management and escalation processes
• Ensure compliance with company standards and project governance
• Train and coach colleagues in structured project management methodologies
• Support consistent use of PM tools (e.g., MS Project, PMI standards)
• Contribute to building a culture of professional project management

Qualifications:

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline
• At least 7 years of project/program management experience
• PMP, or equivalent certification strongly preferred
• Strong track record in leading or supporting complex, international projects
• Fluent in German and English
