Group Regulatory Lawyer (80-100%)

We are a dedicated team of lawyers managing the global relationships between SIX and its regulators. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our trusted communication with FINMA, CNMV, ESMA, and other regulatory bodies, ensuring that the Group consistently meets its objectives.

What You Will Do
  • Advise on regulatory matters relevant for the Group, incl. on non-Swiss regulations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure regulatory communications align with business objectives
  • Coordinate and prepare discussions with supervisory authorities, including gathering of relevant information and management of the transfer of information from various business units and functions
  • Prepare and advise on written answers or submissions to ensure a unified and common approach
  • Administrative tasks, e.g. organizing respective meetings and calls and develop and maintain repositories to facilitate efficient information flow
What You Bring
  • Master of Laws with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a legal department or a reputable law firm
  • Experience with EU Regulations and EU Regulators (e.g. ESMA) is a clear plus
  • Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team of highly skilled professionals
  • Specific flavor for detail and precision and proactive working attitude coupled with an open mindset and willingness to closely work with the business
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities in German and English. Spanish is a plus and very well received
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a proven ability to adopt new technologies and software
