Senior Structured Power Trader (all)

Your field

* You act as an origination sparring partner, supporting the structuring, pricing, and execution of innovative deals such as PPAs, BESS, and VPPs.
* You trade and actively manage structured positions along the power curve, capturing value through country and time spreads.
* You generate significant incremental earnings through disciplined, strategic position management.
* You collaborate closely with Quants, Market Risk, and Credit Risk teams to navigate the approval and implementation of nonstandard transactions.

Your strengths

* 5–10 years of experience in Power Trading, focused on structured, asset-backed, and optionality-driven deals.
* Deep knowledge of the CWE power markets and the renewables business.
* A proven commercial track record of delivering results in a fast-moving environment.
* A commercially astute, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to take ownership and drive innovation.
* Programming or quantitative skills (e.g. Python, VBA) are an advantage.
