Head of Partner Labs m/f/x

Your responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth and expand our presence with dental laboratory groups by leading client collaboration and business development initiatives
  • Develop and execute strategic plans in collaboration with local leadership teams and the Director Strategic Markets
  • Work closely with market organizations to activate strategies through impactful customer engagement and implementation initiatives
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders across the industry
  • Manage the entire customer journey and work with senior decision makers to build successful partnerships that add value
  • Establish best practices for working with large dental laboratory groups to increase conversion rates and maximize the share of wallet of Ivoclar workflow solutions
  • Work closely with our strategic markets team, as well as corporate, local sales, marketing, and education organizations

Your qualifications:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales and Business Development, ideally within the dentistry or dental laboratory market
  • University degree
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills in English
  • Entrepreneurial, assertive, and results-driven mindset
  • High energy level with flexibility, adaptability, curiosity, and a strong sales orientation
  • Strong listening skills and a deep understanding of sales metrics, with the ability to interpret data and drive performance
  • Proven ability to provide effective sales training and leadership to others
  • Willingness to travel approximately 35-45%
