Junior Field Robotics Engineer

Ecorobotix is growing! To pursue our mission, we are looking for an:

• Validate and support new products, features, and proofs of concepts during field and internal testing phases.
• Identify, analyze, and understand potential issues or bugs in collaboration with development teams.
• Produce detailed, clear, and structured reports understandable by technical and non-technical audiences.
• During the agricultural season, participate in shift rotations to support customers across different time zones (Europe and the US).
• Directly interact with customers, providing professional and precise guidance when needed.
• Design and develop proof of concepts to de-risk upcoming developments and confirm market suitability.
• Think creatively to propose fast and efficient technical solutions across multiple domains (software, electronics, mechanics).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to challenge ideas and ensure robust solutions.

• A Bachelor's degree or higher degree in software, electronics, robotics, or a related field
• Excellent understanding of the agricultural world and its challenges is required
• Driving license is required, trailer license and ability to drive a tractor are a plus
• Hands-on experience in field validation, testing, or technical support is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable working across multiple technical domains and willing to learn beyond your core expertise 

• Excellent communication skills, able to explain technical issues in simple terms
• Confident and professional when interacting with customers
• Desire to travel across Europe and the US (other regions possible), at least one week every two months
• Fluency in French and English (additional languages are a plus)
• Adaptability, flexibility and proactivity
