Team leader - Customer Services
We are now looking for a skilled and motivated Team Leader Customer Services, to join our Services department. In this role, you will lead, guide and develop the services & support function team in its daily activities.
The team leader secures the speed and quality of customer support, secures that the team makes the needed service quotations and executes the received interventions according to agreed timetables. Line/Equipment training needs for internal and external people will be arranged through the Services team and a strong relationship between other departments is needed to maintain flawless co-operation and efficient teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure the fastest response time and quality of customer services and support requests
- Lead, develop and guide the organization to meet the set targets and goals
- Active participation in developing the services and support processes within Maillefer Aftermarket
- Efficient quoting of services and support when needed through the team as well as resource planning and follow-up of done interventions
- Acting as back-up for other team members and help the team in daily tasks
- Arrange training for the team to develop their skills towards the requirements in the field
- Improvement of customer added value and continuous development of department by following up industrial trends for new business opportunities
- Travel to customer sites globally for support (30 to 50 days a year)
What are our expectations?
- Degree or equivalent education in Automation, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in aftermarket
- Excellent language skills in French and English, other languages are an asset
- Knowledge in IFS or other ERP (SAP, other…) experience from CRM systems such as SalesForce a strong asset
- Strong leadership abilities and willing to develop and support people
- Social, customer oriented team player
- Good problem solving skills, persistent
- Capability to work independently, accurately with great attention to details, but also be able to integrate a team
- Good organizational skills and systematic approach

- Knowledge of Extrusion or Process industry and its automation are an asset
