An independent not-for-profit organisation focused on finding innovative, digital and technological solutions to improve the lives of patients worldwide. Relatively small team, with close-knit culture a real desire to advance technology and to better the lives of others. Fast paced, high energy team.
The job holder will be responsible for managing the A-Z of the HR function for the organisation. This includes recruitment, employee life-cycle, talent development and talent management, employee engagement and retention. Will act as an HR business partner for the leadership team and will be the point of contact for staff. The role is both strategic and hands-on and will be responsible for developing or improving HR strategies and essentially strengthening the organisation's human resources framework.
Profil:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent HR diploma
- 8+ years experience in HR, ideally as HRBP or HR Management covering all aspects of the HR function
- Fluent French and English
- Solid knowledge of Swiss labour law and HR best practices
- IT-savvy - broad knowledge of different HRIS
- Strong drive for results, with unquestionable integrity and discretion, and customer focus
- Ability to take initiatives with a can-do attitude
