Senior Business Analyst - Finance Transformation - Insurance

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support the development of a new integration solution for technical accounting data. This solution will replace our existing legacy integration platform.

• Drive Finance IT business analysis for the implementation of the Finance Target Architecture (Azure Databricks), enabling end-to-end finance data flows with a focus on technical accounting integration.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into implementable work items in Azure DevOps.
• Partner with development teams to implement finance source system data integration.
• Analyze and document the as-is data landscape, perform gap analyses, and define source system derivation rules.
• Model and integrate data into the existing architecture.
• Support testing (including test data preparation), coordinate UATs, and maintain documentation.
• Support go-live activities and transition into BAU, ensuring solutions remain aligned with evolving requirements.

• Senior Business Analyst with at least 8 years of experience delivering complex initiatives using agile methodologies
• Proven experience in the financial services or insurance industry (mandatory)
• Strong background in implementation-driven projects (hands-on involvement in feature delivery)
• Advanced SQL and data analysis skills
• Solid finance and accounting knowledge
• Strong data model literacy - ability to read, understand, and analyze complex logical and physical data models
• Good Python skills for data analysis and validation purposes
