• Product Management: Manage our own product production (e.g., cockpits, apparel), Serve as the main point of contact for our Pro-team and athletes, coordinating their specific product requirements
• Logistics & D2C Operations: Overseeing shipping and logistics, which is key for the D2C business, and managing operational projects (e.g., finding & managing 3PL warehouse partners)
• Hands-on active Contribution: Providing extra operational support, such as assisting with setting up new retailers or supporting the sales & marketing teams

• A great team player with excellent interpersonal skills who contributes to our positive working environment, fluent in English and German at a business working level (French is a plus) 
• Hands-on approach which is required in a small team 
• A proactive individual who is process driven, detail oriented and highly reliable, committed to good quality and on-time delivery of their work 
• Relevant work experience in Product Management, Logistics and Supply Chain
• A sports and cycling enthusiast, ideally with a background and experience in sports or cycling
