Sales Manager

As part of our continued growth, we are looking to strengthen our commercial capabilities with a talented and experienced Sales Manager.
As our Sales Manager, you will strengthen our market position, win new clients and deepen relationships with existing customers. In addition, by actively participating in innovations and marketing initiatives, the role helps to optimize and expand our product offerings and market presence.
Main Responsibilities / Key Duties
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to strengthen Estima’s market position ensuring excellent service and follow-up
- Manage and expand existing long-term client relationships, primarily Watch Brands
- Identify and acquire new clients – market and competitor analysis, first contact and negotiations
- Collaborate closely with production, planning, and technical departments to ensure feasibility and customer satisfaction
- Contribute to product and process innovations – collaborate with production and development based on market and customer feedback
- Provide monthly sales reports and analysis to top management and maintain accurate visibility of the sales pipeline (quotations, confirmed orders, forecasts)
- Organize, plan and execute exhibitions and company events – booth design, on-site presentation
- Support marketing and communication activities (product presentations, video content, social media presence)
- Scan and monitor relevant business environment and keep top management abreast with key developments, market information, emerging opportunities and risks if any.
Requirements / Candidate Profile
- Ideally 5–10 years of proven experience in sales within the watch or precision components industry
- Strong passion for watchmaking and high-quality craftsmanship
- Basic understanding of technical terms, basic technical drawings is important; more technical orientation in micro‑mechanics or precision manufacturing is a plus
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, customer focus
- Independent, structured, hands-on working style, high initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to travel for client visits and event participation
- Fluent French with good knowledge of English; knowledge of German an advantage
