Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager -DACH to drive new business development and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, closing deals, and contributing to the overall growth strategy of Adryan.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive proactive new-business acquisition by implementing an effective sales strategy focused on winning new clients across Switzerland and the broader DACH region.
- Continuously generate and develop new leads through targeted outreach, networking, industry events, and digital channels.
- Engage and build relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, establishing trust early in the sales cycle and nurturing prospects to conversion.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead identification and qualification to presenting solutions, preparing tailored proposals, and successfully negotiating contracts.
- Collaborate closely with Adryan teams to ensure solutions are aligned with client needs and positioned effectively.
- Own and drive annual revenue targets with a strong focus on new customer acquisition and measurable growth outcomes.
- Actively monitor market developments and competitors to identify emerging business opportunities and refine the go-to-market approach.
- Maintain a structured pipeline and sales forecasting discipline, ensuring strong visibility, prioritization, and accountability.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in consulting and/or professional services within Lifesciences industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. Fluent in German and English; French is a strong plus. Familiarity with CRM systems.
