Team Lead Airborne electronics design engineer (f/m) 80 - 100%

Your role is:   

• Lead and mentor a team of airborne electronics engineers, coordinating daily activities and
  fostering a high performance, collaborative environment.
• Drive efficiency, evaluate and refine existing workflows, tools and processes to boost
  productivity.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance during the request for proposal (RFP) phase.
• Define, measure, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure team
  efficiency and project success.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration, working closely with other departments and the
  customer to align priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
• Ensure, along the project manager, that projects are on-time and adequately resourced

Your Profile - Essential Qualifications:

• A passion for aviation and innovative technology.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
• A proven leadership track record in hardware and/or software development.
• Good problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills
  
  

Your ideal background:

• Proven experience in electronic HW and / or SW development within the aviation industry.
• Hands-on experience in successfully certifying a project according to DO-178.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in an engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of aircraft system architectures.
• Good knowledge of relevant aviation legislation (EASA/FAA)
