We are looking for a
Human Resources Director
Starting date: asap or by agreement
Your main responsibilities
- Leadership and development of the HR department in charge of 1’000 employees
- Management and continuous improvement of all HR and personnel processes (employee lifecycle)
- Management, supervision and continuous enhancement of the entire HR operations & administration, including payroll coordination, benefits management, and HR record keeping
- Management and improvement of HR policies, employee handbook, and standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, as well as company policies
- Management and continuous improvement of employee assessment and development, annual performance and compensation reviews, employee benefits
- Management and development of strategic and operational HR activities, including contribution to functional and cross-functional initiatives, and implementation of digitalization strategy and automation where possible to improve efficiency, including analysis of HR tools and future needs
- Preparation, analysis and supervision of HR key figures, Budget and reporting for the attention of Top Management and authorities
- Management and coaching regarding employee development, including also conflict management and disciplinary measures, anticipation and resolution of litigation risks
- Close collaboration with Top Management and point of contact for all HR related topics for the organization and authorities
- Lead role in initiatives maximising employee engagement, well-being, equal opportunities and diversity.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience (7 years) in HR leadership, preferably in telecom, technology or retail sectors
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Proven ability to work confidently and independently in a fast paced and unbureaucratic environment
- Able and willing to take direct responsibility for specific activities based on their nature or if required by the team’s workload
- Continuous improvement mindset with focus on addressing root causes of identified issues
- Motivated, communicative and well-organized person with a high level of initiative and independence paired with a positive work attitude, pragmatic hands-on mentality and high commitment
- Strong focus on high quality and efficiency, business and customer needs orientation
- High level of interpersonal skills and integrity
- Excellent knowledge of French and English, good working knowledge of German
- Experience with HR information systems, HR-KPI and reporting
