Job description:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the Application Experience and Adopt product lines.
- Create and drive a detailed launch plan for Experience Mining, gaining leadership alignment and approval.
- Successfully bring Experience Mining to production with demonstrable impact on customer outcomes.
- Adhere strictly to standard product management practices, including Aha planning, discovery methodologies, and escalation protocols.
- Cultivate strong relationships with field teams and customers to gather insights and accelerate adoption.
- Champion the product by actively participating in release briefings, customer webinars, and user group events.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience.
- Proven track record of building complex products from the ground up.
- Comfortable with the product discovery process, engaging with customers, conducting interviews, delivering demos, and presenting at events.
- Ideally experienced in communicating with executives, both internally and externally.
- Background in a software or product-based company, particularly one focused on customer-facing products (B2B or B2C).
- Experience with SaaS products is a strong plus.
- Preference for candidates who have worked on complex, high-impact products.
