As a program manager, you are responsible for planning, reporting, implementing, and tracking projects and project-related tasks, as well as analyzing/reporting on project progress.

Your Tasks

• Work closely with the CEO, cross-functional international teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
• Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
• Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
• Work with other project managers and department heads to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department
• Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
• Contributing new ideas and developing processes, tools, and best practices in the PMO

Our Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, economics or related field
• 5+ years' experience in strategic project/program management, ideally in a technology-oriented environment
• Exceptional skills in leadership, time management, facilitation, and organization
• Ability to make quick and agile decisions and work efficiently to manage multiple projects with a sense of urgency
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams)
• 3+ years ERP/CRM experience; Dynamics BC or MS Project preferred
• Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills both in German and English
