Integration Business Analyst - SAP HCM/SAP S/4HANA/Interfaces/Testing

Project: For our international client, we are looking for an experienced Integration consultant with hands-on expertise in SAP HCM. In this role, you will support the analysis, documentation and testing of integrations between SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA and surrounding applications, ensuring stable and well-documented interfaces across the SAP landscape.

Tasks:

* Analyse business and technical requirements for SAP integrations with a focus on SAP HCM
* Design and document technical interface specifications, including detailed field mappings and data transformation rules
* Collaborate with functional consultants, developers and business stakeholders to define and implement integration solutions
* Coordinate and execute system and integration testing of SAP interfaces
* Analyse and support resolution of interface defects and data issues
* Support cutover, go-live and post-go-live activities related to SAP interfaces
* Maintain and update interface documentation

Required Skills & Experience:

* Proven hands-on experience working as an Integration Consultant or Integration Analyst in SAP environments
* Hands-on experience with SAP HCM integrations
* Experience writing technical interface specifications with field mappings
* Experience with system and integration testing
* Nice to have: Middleware integration experience (PI/PO, CPI, etc.)
* Nice to have: SAP SuccessFactors integration experience

Languages:

* Fluent English (written and spoken)
* German is an advantage
