Position Summary

granini & hohes C are the brands composing the joint venture between the Eckes-Granini Group and Nestlé Waters. The Eckes-Granini Group is an international corporate group based in Germany. The Group is specialized in the production and sale of non-alcoholic fruit beverages and operates under the umbrella of Eckes AG.

As Junior Brand Manager Eckes-Granini, you'll support the Marketing team in marketing, trade marketing projects and in digital on both brands: granini & hohes C, as well as on new business opportunities & innovation platforms.

A Day in the Life of a Junior Brand Manager Eckes-Granini

Brand Management

• Support in the execution of the brands plans for granini & hohes C
• packaging design development, approval process, innovation/renovation projects (ex. recipe changes)
• Support on specific projects (ex. internal product tests/questionnaire, samplings, etc)
• Regular review of the competitive landscape and activities (data collection, reviews)

Trade Activation

• Support Brand Managers in the development of specific In-Store activations for new product launches (full coordination with sales team/customer/creative and media agency)
• Lead the Point of Sales material development from cost estimate to final delivery (incl. cost estimates through Nestlé Purchasing Hub, proof validation, handling with local storage, shipments to FSF, etc.)
• Main responsible for trade communication (for ex. print ads, promo leaflets, banners)

Digital

• Support and execute on the monthly content planning for our social media channels for granini & hohes C
• Internet sites update + new sites rollout

Data management & Administrative support

• Products order (samples) and shipments (customer meetings, influencers campaign, etc.)
• Organize cost estimates/invoicing
• Organize internal product tastings
• Various files updates (factsheets, packshots, etc.)

What will make you successful

• Bachelor or Master degree in business/marketing or equivalent
• 1st experience in Brand Management
• Previous exposure to project management
• Ability to manage priorities, self-starter attitude, hands-on and detailed oriented
• Mother tongue (Swiss-) German or French with good command of the other language & fluent in English
