As part of the National Sea Logistics Management Team, you will have real influence—far beyond traditional support functions.
- Lead national systems and process transformation projects
- Shape the Sea Logistics systems roadmap and align it with national/global standards
- Drive cross?functional initiatives that boost efficiency, automation, and digital readiness
- Lead national AI-driven improvement initiatives
- Optimize systems, processes, and data flows across all locations
- Provide insights through data analysis and performance evaluation
- Represent national interests as business owner for key applications
- Training or degree in logistics or IT
- 2-5 years of Sea Logistics experience
- Strong analytical skills, structured way of working, and attention to detail
- Ability to drive change, influence stakeholders, and challenge the status quo
- Strong project management and communication skills
- Strategic, forward-thinking mindset with high ownership and accountability
- Fluent in English and confident in German, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland
