Change Management Lead – CS Center of Excellence
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is an experienced professional in change management and project delivery with a university degree and, ideally, an additional certification such as Prosci, CCMP, PMP, or Agile. The person brings solid experience from the Healthcare or Life Sciences environment and has successfully supported broader transformation programmes with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
This individual is able to communicate complex operational changes in a clear, structured, and convincing way. Beyond strong communication skills, the role requires someone who can think strategically, work independently, and translate concepts into practical implementation steps. A proactive, organised, and adaptable way of working is essential, as is fluency in English and readiness to operate in an international environment.

Main Responsibilities
In this role, you will lead and support the organisational adoption of several high-priority operational programmes across the CS-CoE. These include:
Core Initiative Areas
- Contracts, Procurement & Licensing (CPL): support the introduction of a centralised intake solution and harmonised contract management workflows
- Transparency of Resource Utilisation (TRU): help establish new time reporting practices and a consistent WBS-based financial framework
- Compliance & Learning Management (L&D): drive the implementation of a global training matrix and system-supported learning processes
- FinOps / Cloud Management: contribute to the setup of integrated cloud governance structures and aligned financial steering models
- Deployment of Operational Guidelines (DOG): enable the launch of a central Policy Hub covering relevant CS-CoE operational policies
Additional Responsibilities
- Develop dedicated change management plans for each of the five priority initiatives in alignment with the overall Portfolio & Operations direction
- Prepare impactful communication content such as leadership updates, organisation-wide announcements, and process or hub-related materials
- Coordinate with a broad range of stakeholders across functions and regions, ensuring alignment and readiness for global process standards
- Work closely with initiative owners, especially within L&D and DOG, to support training rollout and user understanding
- Define, refine, and monitor KPIs related to adoption, standardisation, and implementation success
- Ensure change activities are translated into practical actions that support sustainable operational improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, or equivalent advanced training
- Additional certification in Change Management or Project Management is strongly preferred, for example CCMP, Prosci, PMP, or Agile
- At least 3–5 years of experience within Healthcare or Life Sciences
- Proven background in supporting or leading large-scale operational change or transformation initiatives
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to turn complex topics into clear and audience-appropriate messaging
- Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on, from shaping direction to creating concrete change deliverables
- Comfortable managing several parallel workstreams in a fast-moving environment
- Fluent English is mandatory
