Alltag und Gerätetechnik AG is an international company specializing in B2B sales of household goods, solar panels, cookware and equipment. The company operates across multiple European and international markets and manages complex supply chains, international logistics, and cross-border commercial operations involving manufacturers and distribution partners in several jurisdictions.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the operational management of the company and implement its strategic objectives. The CEO is an employed executive responsible for the day-to-day management of the business and for executing the strategy approved by the Board of Directors and the Shareholders.

The role requires coordination of international operations, oversight of group entities, and development of new markets in line with the company’s growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement the company’s business strategy under the guidance and supervision of the Board of Directors
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company and ensure operational efficiency
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, and international supply chains
  • Manage and develop relationships with European and Asian (including Chinese) suppliers and manufacturers
  • Coordinate and oversee the activities of subsidiary and affiliated companies within the holding structure
  • Ensure strategic alignment and operational consistency across all group entities
  • Manage international management teams across multiple jurisdictions
  • Launch and scale business operations and enter new markets
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and partners in Eastern European markets, including Ukraine
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal, tax, and regulatory requirements across the group Represent the company before banks, auditors, authorities, and key business partners
  • Monitor performance and improve operational processes across the group

Candidate Profile

  • Senior executive experience (CEO, Managing Director, or equivalent) in an international company
  • Strong background in logistics, supply chain management and international trade
  • Experience working with European and Asian suppliers
  • Experience operating in Eastern European markets, including Ukraine
  • Proven ability to launch and scale business operations
  • Experience managing large international teams across multiple jurisdictions
  • Solid understanding of cross-border corporate structures and group governance
  • Strong leadership, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Willingness to travel internationally, including to Ukraine, as required for business purposes
