In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:

Demand and Inventory Planner - Contract 6 months

Main activities:

  • Establish and maintain a 12-month rolling sell-in and sell-out forecast for Aesthetic Skincare markets, leveraging historical data, trends, and partner closely with Sales and Marketing to integrate campaigns, product launches and local market insights into demand forecasts and business objectives.
  • Perform demand analysis to understand market dynamics and strategies, while monitoring affiliate inventory turns and providing visibility and recommendations on risks and opportunities linked to product launches, replenishment cycles, regulatory phasings, and product discontinuations.
  • Conduct root cause analysis on forecast deviations and define corrective and preventive action plans to improve performance.
  • Lead Demand Planning meetings and provide key inputs to SIOP processes, supporting mid- to long-term planning horizons in close collaboration with Operations and Finance teams to ensure alignment.
  • Support the transformation of demand planning through process redesign and the deployment of digital tools and best practices to enhance forecast reliability, agility and affiliate responsiveness.
  • Own and continuously improve supply chain data management, planning systems (including APS), process optimization, and KPI tracking (forecast accuracy, forecast bias), while developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards for monthly performance reviews.

Profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in demand and inventory management; experience in cosmetics is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a collaborative team spirit, with a proactive approach to cross-functional cooperation.
  • Agile-minded and proactive, with a strong drive to propose improvements and challenge existing practices to foster continuous improvement.
  • Highly organized and rigorous, with the ability to manage time, priorities, and complex situations.
  • Flexible and resilient, comfortable navigating change, unexpected events, and high-pressure challenges.
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence in handling data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, SAP Business One, and Power BI (including report generation). Experience with APS systems.
  • Fluent in French and English (C1 minimum).
