Position:
The incumbent will be responsible for the Manufacturing Services areas in the Dagmersellen Factory. They will ensure Tax & Customs compliance for tobacco, SFG, NTM and cigarette products and monitor the execution and compliance as defined in the JSOX Control Framework within Procurement and Logistics for JTI AG Dagmersellen and based on the service agreements on behalf of JTI S.A.
Responsibilities:
As the Manufacturing Services Manager, you will:
- Plan, organize and direct all Purchasing activities, including NTMs to ensure all materials related to production and non-production items are available on time
- Manage all activities of the Warehousing areas to provide adequate storage and placement of component materials and finished goods, while maintaining an optimized inventory
- Ensure Tax & Customs compliance for tobacco, NTM and cigarette products
- Direct all activities related to Production Planning on the forecast of the domestic sales and export orders to ensure production requirements are scheduled following specifications and overall strategic plans
- Organize all transportation of semi- and finished-goods ex factory to support export customers as well as Global Logistics
- Support Customer Services and all Customer-related activities concerning proper communication, coordination and services
- Cooperate in the Supply Network Planning, ensuring that the JTI warehouses of the markets allocated to Dagmersellen receive a sufficient supply of finished goods based on the sales estimations of the relevant markets.
- Lead IWS Supply Network (SN) Pillar at the factory level
Requirements:
- University degree in business-related study or equivalent education
- Solid experience at a managerial level in production, preferably in the cigarette or food industry in a multinational environment
- Deep understanding of IWS principles
- Fluent in English, any local language is a plus
- Profound knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- Strong analytical and communication skills as well as sound leadership skills
