Duties and responsibilities:
Senior Account Manager (f/m) 80-100% - Region Central
- Acquisition of new accounts to reach annual OYOV / GA sales target according to Sales Plan, in the area of Carrier Services
- Management of customer relation until the service is successfully implemented and stable (billing and operations), and handed over the CRM team.
- Taking care of all incoming sales leads in the target market
- Performing own active acquisition through prospection
- Understanding customer needs and developing adapted proposals in cooperation with pre-sales team
- Presenting adapted products and services to existing/potential customers and assists them in selecting/ordering those best suited to their needs
- Collecting clean orders and ensuring clear communications internally and externally during all the sales process
- Professional Leadership of the region
- Performance and Pipeline management for the region
- Creation of action plans and strategies for the region
- Training new emploees and coaching existing
- At least 5 years of sales experience
- Management experience
- Telecom Know-How
- Fluent in German and English
- Customer Oriented person with high interpersonal skills
