You will be mainly responsible for the following tasks: draw and issue offers and sales contracts; check contracts according to sales confirmations; follow up and ensure the deadlines; liaise with trade finance banks regarding Letters of Credit rates / discounting rates and available line capacity; knowledge of Letter of Credits transactions and Incoterms; issue documents under Letters of Credits and/or documentary collections; ensure that daily loading / discharching reports are running smoothly; keep an overview of the quality reports on a daily basis; general office duties.
