In order to increase our capacity in account management and business development of our Perfume business in the Travel
Retail we are recruiting an

Area Sales Associate Manager Travel Retail - Europe & Africa

Main Job Objective

Reporting to the Sales Perfumes Manager for Travel Retail, you are responsible for developing the Travel Retail perfumes sales in Europe and Africa. You are fully accountable for driving the business within your zone and for ensuring the highest level of brand presentation in the market.


In this role, you are responsible for building, maintaining and improving relationship with the business partners, interacting with all the necessary people in their organization. You successfully manage negotiation of commercial conditions and assess the markets of reference.

You develop an action plan for the achievement of the yearly sales budget, through the definition of specific commercial actions and proactively monitor order process and local stock issues.

You are in charge of managing products assortment and you protect our positioning by improving brand ranking in the POS.

With your excellent negotiation skills, you effectively plan all the marketing activities by location, in agreement with local partners, within the allocated support budget. In this way, you manage all activities related to accounts receivables and strictly monitor support budget expenses and create relative purchase orders. You perform presentations in the area/market of reference.

You maximize close collaboration with marketing and interior design teams for the personalization of the POS to ensure efficiency, impact and brand visibility.

You manage hiring process of beauty advisors and negotiate with external agencies their contract. As a team player, you manage, coach and motivate sales team (field supervisor/beauty advisors).

Finally, you provide requested presentation and internal analysis.


With a Degree in Business studies, Economics or equivalent education, you have at least 3 or 5 years' experience in
International Sales, Travel Retail is an advantage. With a strong expertise in Business vision & execution you have confirmed skills in marketing, sales, forecasting processes and team management.You have excellent command of IT tools (excel, ppt,
SAP BW) and are fluent in French and English, any other language should be an asset.
