To complete our team, we are currently looking for a Supply Chain Project/Event Manager. In this role you will be responsible to drive all the necessary steps to launch new projects or geographical extension and will be accountable for On Time Launch, First Time Right and Compliance. o Drive all current/planned projects by tracking their status in order to launch them on timeWhat will make you successful
o Coordinate all the necessary steps:
o Master data (material, vendor, customer)
o Transportation route set up
o Conformity of goods in receiving markets
o Own and regularly review the projects timelines agreed with the Project leaders/Business managers and identify all critical milestones to be revised during the execution of every project
o Communicate and highlight any risks which could delay the project
o Provide conclusion on material write offs to ensure that the business managers and mandators can clear obsoletes and amend commercial plans accordingly
o Maintain the SKU portfolio updated from activation to discontinuation in coordination with business managers and involved stakeholders
o Drive continuous improvement initiatives in order to ensure the 1st time right & on time sales order placement through root cause analysis and challenge current ways of working
o Provide the necessary support to the Business Managers during the exploratory phase to facilitate the speed to market
o University education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Customer Service or similar Event management experience a plus
o Experience and ability to manage multi-functional projects
o 3-5 years' experience in Master Data Management on SAP experience would be a strong advantage
o Strong planning and organizational skills Dynamism and reactivity, ability to drive and "make it happen", at ease taking decisions under pressure with limited information
o Excellent communication skills
o Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office tools
o Fluent in English, any other languages is a plus
