MISSION
The Digital Technical Lead will be responsible for the overall management and evolution of our existing digital platforms, including websites, mobile applications, and integrations. This role focuses on maintaining, troubleshooting, and continuously improving our digital infrastructure to ensure it remains robust, scalable, and up-to-date with the latest technological advancements. The Digital Technical Lead will be part of our Digital Team, which is part of our Marketing Department.
TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Infrastructure Management:
- Collaborate with teams from AFSS, Quality, IT, and other departments to ensure effective communication and liaison.
- Oversee the maintenance, support, and continuous improvement of all digital platforms.
- Ensure the stability, security, and scalability of websites, mobile apps, and integrations.
Support and Technical Troubleshooting:
- Support and advise internal teams on technology topics (best practices,-)
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to websites, mobile applications, and integrations.
- Implement and oversee processes for regular maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Develop and enforce best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident response.
PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. (Master is a plus)
- Previous experience in digital infrastructure management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of web and mobile development technologies (Drupal, Wordpress).
- Experience with integration platforms and API management.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) & with DevOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
- Certification in relevant technical areas is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in an international environment.
