Project Overview:
The Knowledge and Information (K&I) Partnerships team is responsible for negotiating and managing partnerships that help build, differentiate, and scale our client's products across Travel and Local verticals. The team's mission is to create healthy ecosystems that bring sustainable value to the client by building product partnerships that enable cohesive, helpful, and inclusive user journeys.
Overall Responsibilities:
We are looking for a person with passion for partner management and business development. This team is responsible for multiple products that help users with their search journeys for Events experiences, through the adoption of new products and features, content acquisition and/or ecosystem engagements with possible involvement in other team verticals as required. This will involve establishing and managing partnerships end-to-end, from defining the partner strategy to executing the project plan. The person will work closely with the global cross-functional team, including Product Management, support teams and local sales teams.
Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with multiple partners as a key contributor to Real World Journeys product goals especially in the area of events (sports, concerts etc)
- Develop and execute Go-to-Market (GTM) plans with ambitious goals to establish new products or initiatives in EMEA by establishing and signing new partnerships.
- Drive end-to-end partner experience to ensure deal integration, which includes negotiating and finalizing contracts, executing on account plans, pitching to partners, resolving partner issues, and advocating product solutions on behalf of the partner.
- Influence across the team and with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to align resources and direction for go-to-market strategy and/or partner initiatives
- Execute partner strategy, including new partner and opportunity prospecting, conducting partner/industry research, and collaborating on product strategy.
- Analyze and integrate industry, market, and organizational information into strategies and plans.
Mandatory Skills/Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Business, Tech
- 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, preferably in the Food delivery and ordering industry, management consulting, or Technology industries.
- Experience with using Google Apps at work
Non-Essential Skills/Qualifications:
- Experience in the sports, entertainment or travel industry
- Proven track record of success in partner management and business development
- Experience in negotiating and finalizing contracts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional advocacy skills, including the ability to engage executive stakeholders

- Hybrid / Fully Onsite / Fully Remote (Hybrid work: Tues-Thurs in the office. Monday & Friday remote)
- Work Schedule: Normal business hours, Monday - Friday with some shifts if calls with US required - starting later finishing later)
