This position is based in Aesch and Liesberg, Basel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting continuous learning and development
- Be an active part of the Site Leadership team as well as Global HR Leadership team
- Provide coaching and play a key role in the development of Senior Leaders and talent
- Develop and implement site HR strategies aligned with global HR / Business objectives, ensuring a strong focus on talent acquisition, development and retention of talent
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to provide strategic guidance on HR matters, contributing to the overall business strategy
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, employee well-being, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment
- Oversee the full HR Operations, including compensation and benefits, performance management, HR KPIs, budget and forecast management, employee relations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations
Your profile:
- An established HR leader with +10 years Pharmaceutical Industry experience
- A proven track record in a Site environment with a deep understanding of the sector’s challenges and dynamics
- Demonstrate strong business acumen and a solid understanding of Swiss Labour Law
- Strong knowledge of global HR best practices, including talent management, organizational development, and change management
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written English and German is a must
- Excellent interpersonal skills – ability to effectively interact with a diverse group of people from different functions, of different nationalities and at different levels within the company
- Willingly accepts challenging assignments and opportunities that stretch and build capabilities
