In order to strengthen our Management team, we are looking for our future

We are a growing organization and are looking to integrate many more dental clinics into our network. That is why we are looking for an experienced integration manager, who in a relatively short period of time will guide the new clinics and make it part of our organisation in various areas and services, which are supported centrally from our service centre in Lausanne.

Are you used to work on a project basis and involved early in the process in mapping business and work processes and also implementing useful new processes?

Do you find it a challenge to understand work processes in a project-based way and are you – with your social antenna – able to bring new colleagues into new work processes for them? Then you are the integration manager that we are looking for!

Mission

As an integration manager, you start with a check in the acquisition process on what needs to be done for integration and whether the right operational assumptions have been made in the field of quality standards, ICT, HR and Finance. You will manage the multidisciplinary project/integration team consisting of the various disciplines of the service centre (Quality, ICT, HR, Finance). You are the first point of contact for the clinic management of the new practices, which you will supervise. In doing so, you can explain and argue the vision of our organization and you can quickly connect with people.

Function requirements

In this new role, under the direct responsibility of the CEO and part of a diverse and dynamic team, you have the following profile:

  • Bachelor or Master level preferably in an economic direction or within the healthcare sector
  • 3 years of experience in a similar project position
  • Demonstrated experience in guiding change within organizations
  • Real doer, you like to tackle and convince. Initiative oriented, flexible and independent
  • Good communicator with a strong team spirit, you know how to evolve in an environment in constant change
  • Although based in Lausanne, you are willing to travel a lot within Switzerland
  • Languages: French, English and German
