Quality Strategy Governance & KPI Management
Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development, implementation and monitoring of Consumer Health (CH) Divisional Quality Plan, providing regular updates to Sr. Management
- Ensures that CH Global Divisional Quality plan initiatives are properly followed by establishing a PMO office and providing Project Management education & tools
- Responsible for managing the Competency Assurance model across CH Product Supply (PS) Quality network
- Responsible for the evaluation/definition, restructuring or establishment of the CH Global Quality governance meetings
- Responsible for CH Global Quality Global Division communications which includes development/maintenance of:
- Intranet & Sharepoint
- Newsletters & Executive Management flash reports
- Quality campaigns (e.g. Quality Day)
- Responsible for CH Global Quality CH KPIs and Cost of Quality metrics development and alignment with business / establishment of relevant yearly targets
- Deputy of the Head of Quality Strategy, Standards & Metrics (QSSM)
Job Requirements:
- Education in life-sciences (e.g. chemist, chemical engineering, pharmacist)
- Experience in project management and communications is essential for this function
- Project Management certification is required for this function
- Green / Black Belt certification is an added value for this position
- Practical experience in the areas of Quality Control, Quality Assurance and / or Manufacturing
- Knowledge of international and cGMP-, ICH- requirements and other quality assurance guidelines
- Excellent communicative skills are mandatory for international interaction
- Capability to present to big audiences as well translate technical messages for non-technical audiences
- Capability to organize, promote events worldwide
- Highly structured and organized
- Excellent skills teamwork, process / results oriented, high change ability
- Capability to manage matrix teams (geographical and organizational)
- For directing support to worldwide organizations, advanced language skills in English are required, any other languages are a plus
