The team is responsible for developing the global brand strategies and commercializing key life-cycle management activities to drive our global share for our growth portfolio. A key focus of the team is to develop the global brand campaigns and manage projects that are tightly aligned to our top affiliates’ needs to continue to drive brand differentiation and preference.
As a Senior Global Product Manager, you will ensure the future success of the growth franchise by driving relevant related projects focused on digital channels to communicate to both HCPs and patients as well as the general community with unbranded disease awareness initiatives. The main responsibilities will be to develop and execute the global digital strategyfranchise for both commercialised assets and future launches. The individual will possess strong business acumen in digital communications in order to lead the best-in-class integrated digital solutions for the franchise. The Senior Product Manager will lead patient advocacy efforts and disease awareness programs to further support the ambition of the franchise to improve the standard of care and diagnosis The individual will lead the messaging framework and communication strategy of the franchise and work closely with the Communication The Senior Product Manager must have experience in working in a matrix organisation and be able to lead efforts supporting our 3D strategy (Digital, Devices and Diagnostics).
A minimum of 8 years of medical device/medical products and/or solutions marketing experience (up and down stream) in an international business environment. Medical device/ solutions sales or clinical consulting experience is a strong plus. Highly entrepreneurial and eager with a natural affinity for healthcare business, an interest in hemodynamics management in critical care, and a market and customer driven mind-set Strong analytical skills and the passion to shape market change the standard of care and drive business growths. Ability to think creatively and pragmatically and convert product/customer feedback into valuable insights that can help drive the development of new marketing programs Experience with definition of value propositions and product launches Excellent advocacy and persuasive skills to collaborate with local marketing and sales teams, influence others, present convincing arguments and build and maintain extensive networks Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be flexible enough to change priorities with short notice when necessary Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing, agile environment where continuous innovation is requisite to success.
