Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the service team and daily operations
- Ensure high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance
- Oversee reservations and guest relations
- Support beverage selection, stock, and cost control
- Coordinate with the kitchen and management to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management, ideally in fine dining
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluency in English required; German an advantage
- Professional appearance, reliability, and problem-solving mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and beverages is a plus
