With the mission to profitably maximize the visibility and the sales of Nestlé strategic brands in Duty Free NITR's activities focus on meeting the needs of the duty free shopper worldwide mainly in airports but also in border stores ferries cruise ships and on board certain airlines. NITR's sells mainly confectionery KitKat Smarties Nestlé Swiss After Eight amongst others but also Milks Nido and Coffee Nescafé . Nestlé International Travel Retail Ltd. is currently looking for a Senior Brand Manager to report to the Marketing Manager the successful incumbent will drive all the elements of the marketing mix and will use deep understanding of shoppers/consumers customers and competitors insights to develop and execute innovative brand and business strategies which create value and deliver sustainable profitable growth. Key responsibilities Develop strong brand/marketing plans by identifying the key opportunities and by developing action plans for the brands in line with the NITR business as well as aligned brand objectives Manage product portfolio incl. innovations renovations based on consumer/shopper insights which includes identifying opportunities product conceptualizing prepare and implement launch and post evaluation and SKUs rationalization Implement control brand communication guidelines Work closely with the Trade Marketing Team to develop and implement strong consumer promotions leverage instore visibility create impactful brand presence Monitor analyze brand performance Run consumer/shopper researches to anticipate factors that drive consumer choice of brand and usage Contribute to the creation of the media advertising on the brands Coordinate relationship between NITR and supplying entities Education and experience University degree in Marketing/Business Management Minimum 5 years in a Brand Management/Marketing role within FMCG dealing with a wide scope of brands ideally within the Confectionery category in an international environment Previous experience in product development and marketing strategy development is a must have Experience in leveraging social media and digital marketing initiatives is a plus Fluent in English any other language is an assetShow us that you can influence with integrity.
