You report directly to the Group CSO and are responsible for managing key accounts and expanding market presence across the American continent, with a focus on North America. You analyze market potential and implement strategic initiatives independently and effectively – in close coordination with the CSO and in cooperation with R&D, engineering and production. With strong leadership skills, you lead the technically skilled US-based sales team with competence and vision. The role involves approximately 40% travel for customer engagement and business development.
You have a tertiary-level technical education, complemented by further training in sales or marketing – or you bring many years of experience in technical sales of high-precision, fully-customized products. You analyze markets confidently, use modern sales tools and actively pursue new business opportunities. You are fluent in English (spoken and written), have a good command of French or are willing to develop it further. German is an advantage. Your place of work is at the headquarters in the Neuchâtel region.
