Your mission:
Your role as an Expert of Flight Procedure and Airspace Design will include development, review and maintenance of flight procedures for national and international customers.
Your tasks:
- Plan, resource and steer a portfolio covering a broad variety of national and international design mandates
- Allocate tasks, coach designers and maintain the competence in line of EASA Part-FPD
- Guarantee quality-system compliance for all deliverables; release procedures to Aviation Authorities
- Act as single point of contact for customers; prepare bids in cooperation with our Sales & Marketing team and manage fulfilment of service agreements
- Manage the budget adherence and track KPIs (on-time delivery, review findings, margin)
- Coordinate accompanying measures such as flight-validation
What we are looking for:
- Degree in aviation/aerospace engineering or equivalent operational background (ATC, pilot, designer)
- Certified PANS-OPS designer with experience including helicopter procedure design as an asset
- Proven project lead of multi-disciplinary teams or projects; ability to coach and develop talent
- Holistic thinking: You view situations as part of a larger system, understanding how changes affect the whole, and approach challenges from multiple angles while considering various options
- Initiative: You proactively develop new methods and solutions, identify challenges, initiate necessary changes, and offer help to others when needed
- Fluent in English, German or French would be an asset
