To complete our Global eCommerce department we are currently looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Business Intelligence Insights unit and contribute to its growth and impact within the global organization. She/He will be responsible of providing insights and actionable recommendations to optimize the performance of all Nespresso digital touchpoints B2C and B2B . She/He will leverage several data sources combining web analytics and transactional data with external context information to uncover eCommerce opportunities and risks at Global Zone and market level. She/He will apply advanced web analytics techniques in a "prescriptive" manner to determine the best solution or outcome among various choices/courses of action in order to optimize all key eCommerce dimensions from Acquisition to conversion retention and Customer satisfaction. Ultimately She/He will be responsible of presenting these recommendations and insights in a clear and effective manner up to the most senior levels in the organization. She or he will play a key role to accelerate a global digital transformation through Data. Key responsibilities Build various web analytics models to analyze eCommerce Channel's KPIs and to support in a prescriptive manner mid and long term business decision making providing insights and recommendations in the context of Nespresso eCommerce Strategy Online Behavioral Funnel Campaigns and eMerchandising effectiveness Conversion analysis etc... Contribute to the eCommerce Channel reports/dashboards at Global Zones and market level building automation evolutions documentation and to their presentation to relevant stakeholders HQ Zones' senior Management teams Build data-driven eCommerce Insights studies and recommendations to define relevant AB testing hypothesis validate tests scenarios and produce business analysis of the results. Build data-driven eCommerce Content and Features insights studies and recommendations to support the global HQ eCommerce roadmap definition and monitor features/services post-deployments' performance. Build data-driven eCommerce Operations Performance studies and recommendations to optimize the online channel merchandising and to identify business opportunities and risks at Global Regional and market level. Ensure the correct specification of all eCommerce channel analytics dashboards and reports by collecting the business requirements from the relevant teams and product owners. Ensure the correct configuration and implementation of these specification in the relevant tools by cooperating with the Web Analytics product team Contribute to Digital Analytics Product policies processes and procedures to maintain high data quality standards Contribute to state of the art tagging plan and its periodical monitoring across all Nespresso platforms to provide up-to-date and complete view of the customer journey across Digital channels. Contribute to the value/risk assessment and business cases of new Web Analytics projects and related documentation Perform regular industry benchmarking investigate latest trends and suggest new Web User experience Analytics tools techniques to ensure alignment with the industry highest standards Foster a data-driven mindset among key HQ stakeholders and in the Global eCommerce community Promote a culture of testing in the company A/B testing iterative approaches etc... Build awareness of existing Digital Analytics solutions and strategy Drive adoption of Digital Analytics solutions in partnership with key business partners Contribute to animate the network of eCommerce Intelligence Analytics champions across Nespresso functions in both HQ and markets Foster a collaborative mindset among champions and promote best practices sharing Maintain regular eCommerce Business Intelligence Insights sessions/webinars Education and experience Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field e.g. Business economics computer science engineering Data Science Statistics etc. Preferred Qualifications MBA from a top program. Consulting experience preferred Must have minimum of 6 years professional web analytics experience applied to direct to consumer eCommerce operations within large matrix organizations or pure players. Must have solid in depth knowledge of major Web analytics tools Adobe Analytics Google Analytics Must demonstrate experience in translating web analytics insights into clear and actionable recommendations linked to measurable business outcomes Must have demonstrated experience in delivering effective simple and clear jargon-free communications and presentations up to senior business leadership teams Must have experience in correlating business requirements to specific web analytics reports dashboards and tools' configuration/setup. Must have solid experience in data visualization tools PowerBi/Tabelau preferred Proficient in SQL Python Good knowledge of the most innovative eCommerce/User behavior analytics solutions Understanding of web architecture and technologies HTML JS is an asset Fluent in English mandatory/French is a plus but not required Show us that you have a strong autonomy in terms of data analysis methodology and that you are able to apply it to improve eCommerce performance and link it to measurable business results. You have the ability to write in a clear accurate and straightforward manner and you know how to communicate the outcome of complex analysis to senior management team and to non-expert audiences.
