Commercial Planning & TME Manager (m/f/d)
Position:
The incumbent is responsible for delivering robust, fact‑based analysis at both trade (macro) and account (micro) levels to identify strengths and opportunities within route‑to‑market practices. The role monitors JTI brands, promotional activity and competitor performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations to enhance JTI’s presence across trade channels, key accounts and independent points of purchase.

- Business Analysis: Analyze company and customer sales performance, identifying gaps and opportunities across products, accounts and regions. Help in developing route‑to‑market solutions that improve sales performance and overall trade effectiveness.
- Sales Planning: Lead and support cross‑functional planning for promotional activities, new product launches and volume forecasting. Track performance against plan, adjust forecasts as required, and communicate progress and risks to relevant stakeholders.
- Key Account and Field Force Development: Support the Key Account Management team by contributing to account development strategies, including negotiation approaches, in‑store communication, and budget planning. Add value through data‑driven insights using tools such as Category Management and Business Reviews, strengthening customer relationships.
- Cycle Activation Process: Sales initiatives identified during the analysis process and agree to action are to be feed into the Cycle Plan process. Working with cross functional stake holders, the incumbent assist in bringing ideas into executable realities.
- Special Projects: Lead or contribute to management‑assigned or self‑initiated projects that positively impact sales development, efficiency and business processes.
Requirements:
- University degree in a relevant filed
- Demonstrated experience in Sales, field force deployment and key account management, with proven analytical capability and strategic thinking skills
- Outstanding presentation and project management skills as well as an independent way of working
- Ability to lead a team in the time of transformation
- Profound knowledge of Excel and Power BI
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
