About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated Customer Support Engineer to help our customers keep their printing systems running at their best. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, software, and network issues — both via standard communication channels and with the help of Augmented Reality tools.
You’ll be the key link between customers and our internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Quality), making sure information flows clearly and efficiently. This role offers excellent technical growth and the chance to contribute directly to our knowledge base through documentation and internal updates.
What you’ll Do
- Support customers with hardware, software, and network-related problems
- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth issue resolution
- Document solutions and contribute to manuals and internal updates
- Train colleagues on troubleshooting best practices
What You Need to Be Successful
- Experience with machinery or printing systems
- Technical background in automation, electrical/mechanical engineering, networking, or camera/vision systems
- Ability to read electrical schematics and perform error analysis
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and service attitude
- Knowledge of PC, PLC, and network systems
- Fluency in English and German
- Reliability, customer focus, and team spirit
