A growing international technology company is looking for a Lead Finance & HR professional to strengthen its operations team. The company develops advanced industrial analytics solutions used by major global clients in sectors such as materials processing and heavy industry.
Your role
This position combines responsibility for Finance operations and HR coordination, ensuring that financial processes and people management run smoothly while enabling technical and sales teams to focus on growth and innovation.
You will work closely with management and external partners and take ownership of core financial and HR processes.
Your responsibilities
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, including banking and dunning processes
- Coordinate HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding/offboarding, personnel administration and support for department managers
- Maintain and implement HR best practices and support employee development initiatives
- Manage monthly closing, liquidity monitoring and financial reporting
- Prepare year-end financial statements and coordinate with external accounting partners
- Liaise with banks, insurance companies, and regulatory bodies (e.g. SUVA)
- Support management with financial oversight of a diverse portfolio of client projects
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in AP/AR and HR roles in Switzerland
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a structured, reliable working style
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Fluent English required, German at least B1 level; additional languages are an advantage
