Your Mission
- Independently record and reconcile daily bank transactions and maintain subledgers (accounts receivable, fixed assets accounting including depreciation).
- Manage accounts receivable, including dunning procedures, value adjustments, and due date analyses.
- Perform intercompany reconciliations and cross-charges between group entities.
- Prepare VAT returns and support internal and external audits.
- Contribute to the optimization and further development of financial and accounting processes.
- Participate in finance and accounting-related projects.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial apprenticeship and further training as an Accounting Specialist are required.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an international environment.
- Solid knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP / Swiss accounting standards).
- In-depth expertise in accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting, intercompany postings, bank postings, fixed asset accounting, and VAT.
- Excel is part of your daily toolkit.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
- Structured, precise, independent, and solution-oriented working style.
