To complete our IS IT Department we are currently looking for an IS Specialist. In this role you will have the responsibility to execute IS activities in the Swiss market with a focus on the Nespresso applications. You will also manage incidents through to resolution or escalation and elicit business needs to translate them into technical requirements. Key responsibilities Modify setup the in-house Enterprise Resource Planning ERP system through process of business analysis and project management identifying business user needs documenting requirements and translating them into proper system requirement specifications Work on assignments that are varied and complex and require a thorough knowledge base providing services to external partners and internal clients Manage 1st level support of the Swiss market applications and of the ERP also managing its users and roles Administrate problem management process including monitoring and reporting on problem resolution Lead quarterly Market Acceptance Tests of ERP releases to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects Work collaboratively with corporate compliance internal auditing and technical teams in the design and implementation of audit risk assessment and IS regulatory compliance practices Deliver high level of communication within the Swiss markets to ensure Business Intimacy with applications Update Intranet department section and provide information and training sessions Required Profile BSc or equivalent Technically savvy with an appreciation for software/applications Sound experience in the area of business analysis Proven ability to identify the stakeholders and to understand their needs and concerns Fluent in French and English German is a plus Show us that you have a structured process orientated and continual improvement mindset.
